Professional Experience
Patrick Giblin grew up in Newport Beach, California, but skied at Park City throughout his childhood, lending an early start to his interest in the area.

Indeed, Patrick was so smitten with Park City that he eventually moved here in 1995, after attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. He met his wife Jennifer (a teacher for the Park City School District) a year later and they now have three wonderful children; two boys and one baby girl. Fifteen years later, Park City remains a perfect home for the Giblins, who have family in nearby Salt Lake City and share a passion for the mountains and great outdoors.

A member of the Park City Board of Realtors since 2005, Patrick has greatly enjoyed his experience working with residential and investment properties during the past five years. Past involvement in Park City’s service and property management industries provides Patrick with an appreciation for individualized customer service. He also possesses a deep understanding of quality home construction, having spent years working in the construction industry. Patrick’s dedication and willingness to learn have helped to develop solid relationships and established an easy rapport with his colleagues.

Patrick’s colleagues nominated him for the Park City Board of REALTORS in 2008. He is the 2011 President-elect and is currently serving a three-year term as a Director. Eager to involve himself in Board activities, he joined the Awards Party Committee, volunteered for the Luxury Home Tour in 2007 and also helped to start the Board’s Affordable Housing Committee, of which first-time home ownership is a primary focus. Patrick believes that the main goals of the Board of Directors are to educate and lead as a team in an exceedingly efficient and professional manner.
