Professional Experience
Patrick has been a member of the Park City Board of Realtors since 2005. He moved to Park City in 1995 from Southern California and after attending the University of Colorado at Boulder. He met his wife Jennifer (a teacher for the Park City School District) a year later and now has three wonderful children, 2 boys and one baby girl. Patrick grew up skiing in Park City and cares about the future of our “little” town. With family from Salt Lake City, a passion for outdoor activities and a love for the mountains, after 14 years he considers Park City home.

With in the last 4 years, Patrick has had great experience with residential and investment properties, working with long time locals and new faces of Park City. Having been actively involved in Park City’s service industry and property management, has given him an appreciation for individualized customer service. A back ground in construction and years of working with quality homes gives Patrick exceptional knowledge of the market. His dedication and willingness to learn has helped to develop solid relationships and establish rapport easily with his colleagues.

Patrick joined the Awards Party Committee and volunteered for the Luxury Home Tour in 2007. He is currently serving as one of the Director’s for the Park City Board. He was nominated by his colleagues in the summer of 2008 and is serving a 3 year term. Patrick also helped start the Affordable Housing Committee for the Board of Realtors and is committed to first time home ownership. Patrick believes the main goals of the Board of Directors are to lead as a team, educate, and be the most efficient and professional Realtors we can be.

A native of Newport Beach, California, with family from Salt Lake City, grew up enjoying outdoor activities and a love for the mountains. Having been actively involved in Park City’s service industry and property management, has given him an appreciation for individualized customer service. With in the last 4 years, Patrick has had great experience with residential and investment properties working beside one of Prudential Utah Real Estate’s top ten agent’s. He has lived in Park City for over fourteen years and knows what Park City has to offer. He looks forward to sharing that knowledge with you!
